“I ordered some sheepskin cushion covers, I have several of these already and love them and was looking for more, and Folk stocked them. The products are lovely and as expected, although from the website photos I thought the colour would be a little darker and the wool a little 'curlier'. There are no care instructions given on the website either. Ordering was easy and delivery fast, but the returns process is a bit unclear and over complicated.”

“Our purchase was let down by the performance of the delivery partner - in this case ParcelForce. The parcel was not collected for 7 days after purchase, and the tracking never became active. Without the tracking, or any notification email, ParcelForce never provided any advance warning of when the delivery would be made, until nearly three weeks after purchase they posted a note through the door to say the parcel was at a depot and needed to be collected. Overall, unimpressed.”

“Absolutely amazing! I could not fault them whatsoever. The tapestry was gorgeous and as described. She communicated with me throughout the order process and the delivery. Very helpful and took the time to talk to me. Quick delivery and personalised touches to the parcel that made it 100x better. Thank you again!”
