“I purchased an item around one of the busiest time of the year, although it was delayed the communication from Katy was fantastic. The email when you make a purchase, the fast communication via text message no less really made up for it, especially as she would've been so busy. It's personal touches like that that really make a business amazing and keep you wanting to purchase from them in the future. The item is beautiful and on the lower end of what I have seen this item being sold for. Amazing service.”

“Ordered an HK Living rattan chair - Folk Interiors were marginally cheaper than other online suppliers. There was a bit of confusion regarding the dispatch date but my enquiry was politely and comprehensively responded to within a couple of hours. The chair arrived soon after and is beautiful - well packed, very polite couriers. All in all, a great experience!”
