Hello Marta, Sorry you were unhappy with the delivery time frame. We don't pack orders at the weekend as we like to spend it with our families. Your order was despatched within two working days and was delivered within the 3 - 5 days stated at the time of ordering. “I think communication could be improved. Before we placed our order, we phoned with a query; we had to leave a message on the answer machine but nobody ever called us back. Half our order has arrived safely, carefully packaged and with a friendly note explaining that the remaining item would be coming via a courier. However, it has not arrived and two emails I have sent have not been acknowledged or replied to; this is a little disappointing. We are pleased with the item we have received.”
