“I'm very happy with these lampshades,the shapes are different from normal ones, love the beautiful shape of them both. Bought as a temporary measure, but I intend to keep them up they look much better to than expected Larger one of the two is a bit more difficult to put up, shade first, fix wire bracket in place, then position shade over bracket Gives off a nice diffused light”

Hello Caroline, we are again sorry for the delay in getting the invoice over to you. We do try our best to reply to our emails within the same day but on this occasion I see that it was the morning after the day you reached out to us. We have all been very busy behind the scenes getting ready for our big warehouse sale this weekend so we apologise for our delay on this occasion. “Stylishly wrapped products. The delivery cost seemed quite steep at over £9, and this fee wasn’t apparent until it was added on the final stages of PayPal. Delivery time was longer than average too.”

“The items were advertised as being 48 hour delivery and 2-3 day dispatch. After 7 days teh item has still not been delivered (in reality it seems to have been a 5-day dispatch)”

Hello Jane, I'm sorry that you aren't happy with the service you received. You didn't add gift wrap so I'm not sure why you have reviewed it here? We send everything in pretty tissue but if you want the full treatment with 2 layers and a bow we think our service at £5 is very reasonable. Maileg are incredibly well made pieces and collectors items to cherish for years to come. Maileg set the RRP on these so we are the same price as everyone else. Katy

“I ordered a set of capuccino mugs and they arrived promptly, well packaged and I was kept updated with the status of my order and delivery throughout. I have used Folk interiors before and am likely to again. They have some unusual things, I particularly like the HK living range.”

“Once again Folk interiors did the job well. Everything arrived quickly, in two boxes. Perfectly wrapped in a lovely paper. So happy with it all. We have just finished building the house of miniature with my kids and we are loving it.”
