“This is a tale of two extremes! I ordered some plates and bowls and then wanted to add another item even though the order had gone through. I got an immediate response, was able to add the item and pay right away. I was very impressed. I was told the order would arrive in a day or two. It didn’t. I emailed and didn’t get a reply for a few days. Was finally told that one of the items was actually out of stock and was asked what I wanted to do. I made a decision and was told the order would arrive by Thursday - it arrived Friday which at this time of year isn’t so bad. However, unfortunately the order was wrong I received 7 bowls instead of 3 bowls and 4 plates!!!! Beautifully wrapped and packed but still wrong! Emailed and got immediate reply and within 3 days had the plates and a return label. Bowls and plates are lovely and the people running Folk Interiors seem rather nice too! Mistakes are made and at least they righted them quickly!!”

“The products are beautifully designed as and advertised. We had a small chip in one of the mugs and got a response to replace within 2 hrs. What an excellent service! Folk Interiors were recommended by a friend and we will be sure to do the same. We have since been back and purchased more. Could not recommend more highly.”
