“I have just received my order from Folk Interiors, thank you. I must admit I never usually take the time to give feedback on online purchases but I felt it was important to highlight the personal touches your company have made which makes such a difference. The email I received from you and also the hand written note in the delivery were lovely touches. I am thrilled with my purchases especially the Christmas paper ornaments and the feather baubles. Everything arrived beautifully wrapped in Christmas tissue paper. Thank you again, I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending your company to friends and family. Happy Christmas”

“Great service with a quick delivery just before Christmas. The vase came nicely gift wrapped inside the protective packaging even though we hadn't requested or paid for that. Would highly recommend Folk Interiors!”

“Understand current climate for deliveries but updates on any delays would have been appreciated. Initial enquiry response was good but then after I had, had to enquire a second time a week later, as I had received no further response, I decided to cancel it! This was so I could source it elsewhere having not been updated as to what was happening. My order then a further few days later was dispatched and shipped to me. Even an automated update would have been helpful. Other small companys can do it. It's good to support smaller firms but come on Folk Interiors keep your customers informed! Order on arrival was as expected.”
