“I ordered a mirror on 13th of August and as of today (18th of September) I still don’t know where my mirror is or when I’ll receive it. There is no tracking information and while I get responses to my emails, it’s always I’ll check and then no follow up. I would not order from here again.”

Dear Melissa, once again we do apologise for this protracted order. This item is leaving us by a third party and as explained there has been a big mix up and we have both been let down. I have emailed you personally with the dates on arrival. We share your frustrations and are so sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience caused to you.
