“I ordered a vase, came in the middle of a postal strike the staff had even put a flyer in the box to apologise and offer next delivery for free due to the strikes, the emails they send and the personal touches they added were the extra bit further you don’t get anymore off other big company’s ! The item I ordered was well packed (it was fragile) and immaculate, I’d not think twice about buying from them again”

“I was so delighted with the service I received. The gift I had ordered was beautifully packaged. I was excited to open the box and packaging, even though I knew what was inside! The invoice had been personally signed and there was a message apologising for any delay that may have been experienced due to the postal strike. This was the VERY best service I have had all year. I will be ordering from Folk Interiors again.”
