“I have never been more impressed by an online shop as I am with Folk Interiors. Within seconds of opening the willow box I managed to drop the lid and smash the mirror. Completely distraught as it was a birthday gift for my Wife, I emailed Folk Interiors asking if they could get hold of a replacement lid. Not only were they in the middle of moving to Devon at the time but they replied swiftly that they would find out for me. The next thing I know they had actually sent me a brand new complete willow box for gratis. Myself and my Wife were completely stunned at the kindness and the utterly amazing level of customer service. Thank you all truly so SO much. What an amazing shop you have. I will be recommending you to everyone I know. 5 stars is not enough when you go above and beyond what anyone would expect.”

“Great customer service with little personal touches from e-mail explaining slight delay in dispatching the item due to shop move to a short hand written note with the delivery. Great product, cushion looks lovely on my new sofa.”
