“EDIT: A confluence of bad luck meant that the team's (and Katy's) emails and calls were not getting to me. We finally managed to connect and I am embarrassed to have gotten so frustrated as we very quickly got to a resolution after mere moments on the phone. Thanks so much to the Folk Interiors team for their effort and understanding in making this right. I leave part of my original review for posterity but I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Fellow customers, do as I say and not as I do: search all of your (multiple) spam folders, check your auto-filled contact fields, and remain gracious even when annoyed! Mea culpa x _________________________________________ I received a faulty item, so I wrote to Folk right away to initiate a resolution, as per their stated returns/refunds policy. However, I received no response. I sent two follow-up emails, and have waited over one month for the company to make a good-faith effort to set this right (not to mention meet their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act). Still, the company has yet to even acknowledge my emails.”

Hello Lauren, I am sorry you have had a problem getting in touch. The telephone number we have for you doesn't work and we have replied by email three times from two different email addresses but the message doesn't seem to be getting back to you for some reason? Have you checked your junk folder? Katy

“It was a real pleasure dealing with Folk Interiors. They restored my faith in buying online - it was lovely to deal with actual people who clearly know their products, could get items restocked to suit my order and sent them to me when they said they would with no drama. They were happy to accommodate my requests (buying one of every colour of a range of seat cushions to see which matched my decor) and fulfilled my order in time for friends coming over for dinner. Really great service and highly recommended.”
