I would have found some more detailed photos helpful to show the colours of the china more accurately. Where Folk really shocked me was the complete lack of customer service: I sent two emails asking if it were possible to swap some colours around with a set of 70s glasses. Not only did they not do that, but they didn’t even bother to get back to me about it. The lid doesn’t fit very well on the sugar bowl I bought, but with zero customer service I won’t bother notifying them. I buy a lot of HKLiving but I will definitely look around for another supplier with better customer service.

They forgot about my order and took ages to send. Not impressed because was supposed to be a gift and they took so long to send i kissed persons bday and had to purchase another gift.

I love the product however the communication was very poor! The items arrived almost 9 weeks after purchase. Everytime I chased it up I was either ignored or my email wasn’t replied to for days and I was told the same thing each time ‘it’ll be here next week’ the fact I had to chase this up every week was bad enough as I would have appreciated being notified before I had chance to become concerned.

Understand current climate for deliveries but updates on any delays would have been appreciated. Initial enquiry response was good but then after I had, had to enquire a second time a week later, as I had received no further response, I decided to cancel it! This was so I could source it elsewhere having not been updated as to what was happening. My order then a further few days later was dispatched and shipped to me. Even an automated update would have been helpful. Other small companys can do it. It's good to support smaller firms but come on Folk Interiors keep your customers informed! Order on arrival was as expected.

No problems with the website or the order. Delivery was tricky as the driver did not find the address, was rude and unable to follow instructions. So he did not come and the delivery had to be rebooked which is not good considering the amount one pays for this service. The second driver came the following day but instead of a two man service as specified on the website was one grumpy man who left the bed on the street and left. I was left to get it it with a baby and a toddler!!

Order was missed and therefore not delivered on time. Had to send a follow up email, however the order was then swiftly processed as promised. The glass item on order has a slight chip on rim which is disappointing.

I’m still waiting for an item after about 3 weeks and have been given no indication of when it will arrive. I have emailed but received no reply.

I had to chase up my order after it was late and two emails sent which were unanswered!! A phone call to Katy who was in Devon bought to light that my order had been overlooked!! I have now received it 3weeks later..however I accept her reasons and hope better organisation will not put me off using folk interiors again..

I'm sorry your order was overlooked. We have put new systems in place to stop this happening in the future and have hired more staff to pack orders so more time can be spent on emails which have definitely been overlooked whilst we have been so busy recently.

Was told 3-5 delivery days but it took around 10, mugs were absolutely lovely and I would still recommend to others based on the quality of them but unfortunately it’s just a shame about the delivery thus the 2 star review.
