“I love the product however the communication was very poor! The items arrived almost 9 weeks after purchase. Everytime I chased it up I was either ignored or my email wasn’t replied to for days and I was told the same thing each time ‘it’ll be here next week’ the fact I had to chase this up every week was bad enough as I would have appreciated being notified before I had chance to become concerned.”
