“In a menopausal fug I submitted an online order only to realise I had chosen an incorrect item. I sent 3 follow up emails and left a voicemail trying to articulate my poor decision making. Thankfully Katy understood what I was on about and swapped out the cups. The parcel arrived promptly and unfortunately one has a smashed handle, which was promptly replaced. I have since submitted two more orders (successfully!) and been recommending Folk to anyone who will listen.”

“I always like to buy from independent businesses as I believe it’s important to support them and the customer service is excellent. Folk interiors I’m glad I found online and really pleased with all my purchases they were individually wrapped in lovely paper and well wrapped overall delivery was great and I highly recommend them .
