“The piece of furniture is great and delivery was very quick post placing the order. The delivery itself though was terrible. Only one man came to deliver the cabinet, asking me, a 5 ft 4 petite woman to help him carry it up and down the stairs. I obliged but sprained my back and have been in agony for over a week (and off work myself). It's not acceptable to make customers carry the furniture especially at risk to their health”

Hello, I'm so sorry about this.. I'm not actually sure which order we are talking about as usually we contact deliveries to make them aware that help will be needed at both ends. Perhaps we have the wrong email for you? We use a brilliant courier but we aren't charging for a white glove service. An extra courier is available but it does cost more than the standard delivery and I'm sorry you weren't made aware of that. “Have previously ordered the organic barney mattress in Tuscany rose and then saw this lovely single duvet print stripe in sandy/tuscany rose. So instead of buying a sleeping bag to use with the mattress will use this lovely single duvet instead. Arrived wrapped up in lovely paper not too much just enough to enable the package to be a joy to open. Excellent quality and the colours are lovely and soft very high quality duvet which all it needs every so often is a little spin in the tumble dryer to revive and refresh. Really pleased I have found Folk Interiors, nothing is too much trouble for them a really friendly company. Highly recommend this product and the company. Now looking forward to visiting our sons and very easily will be able to set up the bed, brilliant thank you x”

“Brought a Tea Set from Folk Interiors through googling which one we wanted, was at such a good price and my daughter absolutely LOVES it! Delivery was all ok and I loved how they reuse packaging! My daughter played with the box it came with too 😂 so has been well used.”
