“I have just received my fabulous sofa from Folk Interiors and I have to say the online shopping experience with them has been great. It is a risk when buying a large purchase online as pictures can be deceiving but my sofa is perfect and great quality. It was delivered in super quick time which Katy arranged and she was most helpful in all aspects of the purchase. Sofa love x.”

Hello Simon, We are sorry you felt our shipping was not quick. We can see that you placed your order on a Friday afternoon after our 1pm cut off for dispatch that day. We then dispatched this on the Monday as we are closed on a weekend. Tracking this we can see that it was delivered on the Thursday which would fall under our 3-5 working day delivery service that you paid for. “I'm very happy with these lampshades,the shapes are different from normal ones, love the beautiful shape of them both. Bought as a temporary measure, but I intend to keep them up they look much better to than expected Larger one of the two is a bit more difficult to put up, shade first, fix wire bracket in place, then position shade over bracket Gives off a nice diffused light”

“The items were advertised as being 48 hour delivery and 2-3 day dispatch. After 7 days teh item has still not been delivered (in reality it seems to have been a 5-day dispatch)”
