“Took a reminder email to receive as my order got missed. Unhappy with butter dish as the glaze makes the dish appear chipped so l emailed but l have had no reply from the company regarding a refund or exchange. Very disappointing.”

They attempted delivery to you on the 16th and again on the 19th.
