“Order shipped very quickly. There was slight damage in one of the items when they arrived to us but Folk Interiors replaced it with a new one immediately. We are very happy with the products purchased and we would not hesitate to shop with Folk Interiors Ltd again.”

“Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a framed print but the frame looked entirely different from the image online. This was because a stock image had been used. When I contacted customer support, I had to chase for a resolution and ended up having to return the item.”

“First experience shopping with Folk interiors and it won’t be my last. Speedy delivery and quality goods. “Super nice to deal with, tells you every stage of your delivery plus a nice touch is a little sticker message on lovely tissue in which my purchase was wrapped. The quality of my purchase is very, very good. Lastly and a huge plus is that the website is very simple and friendly.”

“The parcel was poorly packaged. The Maileg pixie was not wrapped in anything that would protect it from the rain. If it had been raining the Maileg pixie would have been damaged. Could have been in a box.”

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the packaging. We don't use any plastic in our packing room and have been trialling the paper envelopes this week for the first time. I will let everyone know that Maileg should always be packed in a box. Katy x
