“My order was well-wrapped and arrived safely. The majority of the order looked similar to the product photos and the website did flag where natural product variation was to be expected. The only minor improvement would be to show said variation to give an online purchaser a better idea of what might arrive thereby increasing their confidence in placing an order. But overall I'm very happy!”

“Just wanted to commend you on an absolutely beautiful delivery, THANK YOU. The items wrapped in spotty paper look almost too good to open and I can reuse all the packaging from the delivery for future gifts due to it being such good quality. It has been a really lovely customer experience - I landed on your site for one specific thing (floral centrepiece) but enjoyed browsing so much I ended up purchasing other items, too.”
