“Took a reminder email to receive as my order got missed. Unhappy with butter dish as the glaze makes the dish appear chipped so l emailed but l have had no reply from the company regarding a refund or exchange. Very disappointing.”

Hello Lucie, We are sorry to hear you are still without your order. As per our email to you a couple of days ago this is still pending awaiting you to arrange a redelivery. They attempted delivery to you on the 16th and again on the 19th. “The product is very nice but I was particularly impressed with their customer service. The first package they sent got lost, due to the ineptitude of Royal Mail… On hearing this, Folk Interiors immediately sent out a replacement. Very prompt and friendly communication.”

“I paid for delivery within 2-3 days, my order was placed on the 9th November and I have not received it yet or any confirmation it is on its way other than the initial email that confirmed my order had been received”
