“I had a brilliant experience with Folk, I ordered on a Thursday morning and the products were delivered on Friday. The order was a gift so I messaged to check that the order slip wouldn't show the price and someone replied within a few hours to confirm and say that they would wrap the order nicely in tissue for me, in addition to the gift box that it already came in. Hello Claire, Sorry you haven't received your order. This was posted less than 24 hours after you made the order with Royal mail and the tracking link was sent to you. Have you checked the tracking as it is looking like Royal Mail wants confirmation of the postcode for some reason? Katy. Please let me know how you get on?
