“Unfortunately I purchased a floor lamp and piece of art, it was delivered to London but when I came to take it out of the box the ceramic lamp base had been smashed from above… very very disappointing- there was very limited paper packaging-I think some bubble wrap might be worth looking at too- Vicky in the dtore was super responsive and helpful and hopefully has sorted another delivery”

Hello Bronwen, We wish to thank you for your valued order. We again apologise for the lamp base within this order arriving damaged. As mentioned on the phone when you rang after you discovered the base was broken on arrival we share your disappointment and frustrations as this was delivered to you by hand by a courier company that deals with all of our fragile deliveries. A breakage like this is not a common occurrence from them. We hope that the new lamp which we dispatched to you couple of days later after new stock arrived and then delivered to you on your chosen next available day went well and all is now ok and looking fabulous! “I ordered these for a 30th Birthday present for my niece. She lives in London and I live in North Wales so I had to use an online option. I was not disappointed. After ordering the glasses I realised I had not put in a gift message so I contacted Folk Interiors and they kindly put one in for me and also gift wrapped the glasses. What a lovely touch. My niece really loves the glass, they are classy and elegant and the service and communication is excellent.I would thoroughly recommend using them. Thank you very much Mary”

“The products we received were lovely and great quality. However getting the products shipped took a lot longer than the website indicated at point of purchase. One of the items I had ordered for the start of my son's nursery settling in sessions, the product didn't arrive in time.”

Hello Kerry, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations on delivery. We can see that we fulfilled this within three working days but then delivery by Royal Mail took four days. This should not have been the case as you paid for the 48 hour delivery speed, we do apologise on their behalf and we are of course very sorry we missed the first day back for your son. We all know at folk Interiors how difficult the settling in periods can be for our little ones. We do hope all is now ok for him. Kind regards The Folk Interiors team x
