“After recently starting the low plan I had no idea where to start!! FODMarket offer a range of different products suitable to this plans needs! I ordered the slight different chilli sauce, stick cubes and fody bar. They all arrived within a few days and would definitely recommend and order from again.”

“Very easy website to use, my order was delivered in a few days 😀 which meant I could start using them straight away. The salsa is amazing and the jar was bigger than I thought it would be. Also used the balti mix and bbq sauce, which I’m really impressed with. I will definitely being ordering more products shortly.”

“I use FODMARKET for all my fodmap food. It’s fast delivery and comes well packed with no unnecessary packaging. This is a site which I trust that the food will not make me ill.”

“I have been a regular to FODMarket for 6 months. The products are on the whole fantastic and give easy living to what is a difficult diet to follow. The one downside of the website is no matter what I do I can not register as a customer so I have to keep checking out as a guest despite receiving regular emails on special offers from FODmap.”

“I’ve used FODMarket a couple of times and it’s useful to have somewhere to shop that you know you can eat everything you see! The only downside is the price of FODMAP approved food is higher than standard!”

“This was extremely useful for my sister who was visiting as it gives a very good insight into the foods which can and cannot be eaten and there was a lot of info to refer to for individual items. She cut out anything that had an orange or red colour and stuck to green ‘foods’ and foods that you think are ok, may present other symptoms, so it was a good thing to have.”

“It is a lovely and easy to use site with a good variety of products. We have been learning how to follow the FODMAP nutrition guidelines from scratch but we still want the comfort of buillon, curries or pesto as well! Its great safe convenience sauces and other goodies, we honestly recommend!”
