“If you are worried about jars and bottles being broken in delivery, don't be! Linda and her team personally wrap every one in a cardboard tube (made of cut up, pre-used cardboard!), and carefully package it in a strong cardboard box with loads of used paper as a filler. How thoughtful!”

“My hospital dietician suggested I try Massel stock cubes. The only company I could find that sold them in this country was FODmarket. I am so pleased to have found them. I have ordered from the website several times now and the service has been quick and efficient. I can order foods that are suitable for my digestive disorder without any anxiety. “Very Pleased with the service so far, have had a few orders to date all delivered promptly, only one slight issue with the chocolate rice cakes being stale/soft but was refunded without fuss, have recently re-ordered the rice cakes again but unfortunately found them to be stale/soft again but only purchased one packet and didn't complain as only £2 purchase, apart from the rice cakes we are happy with all the other products received.”
