had to challenge quote given to me and you went back to the broker and it came back cheaper . Wont be using your service anymore thought we were always gettinng a better deal then out in the market place but it seems not

I had an insurance claim in to be investigated but was rejected. We paid a premium on renewal and no one has made contact to reduce this. Or advice. I feel you just cashed in.

I renewed recently and accepted a policy, when I paid in full I was given a different policy , I called numerous times to ask for this to be rectified I was promised it would and to date I have not seen the policy that I thought I bought or indeed promised so I’d say device very poor, i’d think long and hard about renewing next year

I was constantly harassed for payment that was not due for a couple of weeks, with a few answer phone and mobile messages every day!!!! Will be shopping around next year

I called a number of times over a two week period but didn't hear back. Had to keep calling. When I eventually got through and spoke to Michael the service was very good.
