“the customer service received from yourselves has been excellent to date, i have had dealings with both Paul and Gill and both have been of great assistance and support . Paul i was in touch with when i was arranging a purchase order, he was always on hand for any questions i had and was able to advise .Gill came out to do the training and the set up, she was very friendly and approachable, i have been in touch with Gill since the set up as i am having difficultys still hearing in the main office, i am due to visit the audiologist this afternoon to have the volume raised as suggested”
