“The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The equipment arrived on time and all appears OK. I would have given five stars but I am waiting for an appointment with my Audiology department who need to adjust the settings on my hearing aid to make it compatible with the new equipment. Paul has been very helpful in assuring me that these delays will not affect my guarantee.”

Hi Roger happy to extend the credit period because of the audiology wait, we always do, and you only need to ask, no need to give a rather negative 3 star review because of this, just ask and ye shall receive! I'll confirm all this by email, but if you really feel we've let you down please just let us know and we'll offer a full refund, no questions asked. “Service was excellent, any queries sent by email were answered almost immediately and the information supplied to understand how the Roger pen worked was excellent. The audiologist that visited me was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Since using my Roger pen, I have noticed a massive difference in how good my hearing is now and have not regretted this at all.”

“I am absolutely in love with my Roger pen, I have one for work and one at home and they have totally opened up a new world to me. My work pen was purchased through access to work and as well as receiving the pen there was three hours of training on how to use it and all the benefits and things it could be linked to. When I decided to purchase one for home I called FM hearing systems and they talked we through applying for one VAT free. My pen arrived two days later.”

“I have bought numerous items of hearing equipment from FM Hearing Systems whilst continuing the search for the right approach to my hearing problems. Paul Minikin has offered lots of useful advice and has given excellent customer service and fast responses to queries (in fact I don't think he knows the term "out of hours" as he has responded at all times of the day when I have had equipment problems. Phonak have also been excellent. I am currently using a Roger Pen and Com-pilot loop which I would highly recommend to anyone with hearing difficulties in busy/noisy environments. “I have been using FM Hearing since last February and found both their sales and support service absolutely brilliant. I was encountering several issues at work last year and within minutes of speaking with them they told me exactly what equipment I needed and explained how these would make my life so much easier in the work place and indeed it did. I purchased my Roger Pen and streamer through them, the advise given prior to purchase was extremely valuable. They sent me training material, including a video link on how to use the roger pen and were also very helpful when I called for further help. Both the Roger Pen and particularly the streamer has made a huge difference to my confidence both in the work place and socially. I have recently been encountering issues with my steamer and within minutes of leaving a message, Paul called me to discuss how they could assist me. Paul was brilliant and remembered me from last year and also remembered how I have come to rely on my streamer and how I can no longer function without it. Paul immediately arranged for me to return this to be repaired. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone who requires any form of hearing equipment and will continue to use them for any future purchases.
