“Hospital Audiologist told me I needed shoes for my New Hearing Aids. Aparently these should have been supplied by Action on Hearing Loss when I bought A Roger Pen and later when I bought a phonak Roger Select. I sincerely recommend anyone to use FM HEARING SOLUTIONS first”

“Amazing service, initially spoke to someone on the phone who tried to resolve my problem by explaining what I needed to do. When this didn't work, she asked me to send the equipment in for testing and advised I may need to have two new shoes. I sent the equipment in, by special delivery, on the Monday, on the Tuesday they tested the equipment and advised of the problem. I ordered the new parts that afternoon, and received the equipment back on Wednesday fully working.”
