Flybubble is a specialist freeflight (paragliding, hang gliding, speed flying and paramotoring) equipment retailer and distributor based in the UK. We aim to give an outstandingly personalised service to our highly valued customers. We offer a select range of the best equipment from the top freeflight manufacturers, and hold far more stock than most. This means we can offer you a great choice of new and used gear, package deals, part exchanges, custom fittings and demo flights.

We are passionate pilots, and between us love all aspects of free flying—from ridge soaring to hike-and-fly, cross country, competitions and acro—so can advise on many different styles of flying and equipment. In particular we are experts at matching pilots to equipment, and equipment to pilots!

Most of all, we care about your safety and progression as a pilot. “I bought a wing through the Match service and I am massively pleased that I did! I was skeptical about buying a new wing. I wanted to move to a lower classed glider as I was wasnt getting the airtime needed to be totally happy on my old but much loved ENC. To add to the challenge I am heavy - my old glider was a factory xxl special to allow high weight ranges. After signing up and a few emails I had a 90 minute call with Carlo talking through what I wanted from a new wing. It was a brilliant consultative process that actually help me understand what I was looking for in a wing. With Carlo having a great understand of what I wanted from a wing we built a long list of options. Some were available gliders which Carlo had flown and could discuss. We discounted some at this point which as we didnt feel they would suit my style of flying and normal sites. Calro then took some time to ask some more specific questions of the manufacturers with wings we were interested in. Questions around flying the wing heavy as well as a few other points and through this we actually came away with another option for a special sized wing that wasnt yet on the market. I would never have had this option without using the service! We settled on a wing that we expected would work for me and a test glider was sent to me. I was given the wing for quite a considerable length of time as the weather (and my work) didnt play ball. There was no pressure to get the wing back and I got out twice to test have about 3 hours flying the wing. I found the wing very different to my old glider and maybe not quite as natural, but it totally fitted the profile Carlo and I had built. I therefore bought the glider and was really pleased with it. Fast forward 6 months and more hours flying it and its only got better. All the advice I got was spot on and the more I fly it the more I understand and agree with then advice I was given. I am loving my new glider. To summarize - Proper expertise delivered in a patient and consultative manner, which lead to a outcome that has exceeded my expectations. I would whole heartedly recommend.”

“I have just used the flybubble match service for the second time, after a detailed assessment, I was recommended a low B Phi Beat, I had envisaged a more demanding High B wing to progress with, however on its 4th outing I flew over 60km in some very thermic conditions, the wing was very stable in pitch, seemed to lose little to higher aspect wings in lift and glide and the confidence it inspired made the flight a joy. One very happy customer.”
