Hi Howard, I'm very sorry that you weren't happy with your bouquet - if you send us a picture of your flowers then I can see what went wrong, and we can replace them for you. We try our best to match the bouquets with the pictures, but as you can appreciate flowers are a natural product - if there is a variety of better quality that matches with the theme of the bouquet we will use it to ensure you get the best. “The folks at Flowers By Nattrass were a pleasure to deal with. We were sending flowers to Barnard Castle from overseas and they were prompt, extremely helpful and excellent florists. Due to an oversight on our part we inadvertently ordered the flowers twice. The Bennett's were very accommodating and quickly reversed the charge for the duplicate order. I don't know when we'll next need their services but they would be our first and only choice.”

“I bought a festive bouquet for my elderly aunt for her birthday and christmas gift. She loved the arrangement and the choice and colour of the flowers. Her exact words were I 'it is beautiful' I am always cautious about buying on line but the process was very easy. I chose nattrass because it is local and reputable company. You have never let me down. Thank you.”
