“I am living in the USA and have always ordered flowers for my family in England. For over 7yrs. I don’t have to see the flowers that were sent to my family ( but they always send me a picture ) because I know they will always be fresh flowers never had a wilted bouquet . And look beautiful. Flowers by Nattrass. Very friendly. Customer service is outstanding .”

“Beautiful selection of flowers which were gratefully received by my wife. Ive used Nattrass Flowers for several occasions ie: birthdays, funerals, anniversaries etc. and they have never let me down. Great service, delivered in a timely manner — what more do you want?”

“Really poor experience, flowers were attempted to be delivered to the wrong address and then left at a neighbours, where they sat for 4 days! The person who bought them went into the shop to advise of the situation where she was presented with very poor and inappropriate behaviour which was so bad she got upset. Unacceptable”
