“Used Nattrass in Darlington to send my friend some flowers for her 70th Birthday. The customer service I received was excellent. The flowers were delivered on time and the bouquet was beautiful and well presented. Thank you. My friend loved the flowers. I would not hesitate to use Nattrass again.”

“My mum and dad have celebrated their 70th anniversary today and we sent flowers from yourselves. “This is the third time I have used this florist. It is always a concern when one wants to send flowers to someone who is many miles away for a special occasion and you cannot select the flowers yourself. However, as on previous occasions, the flowers were beautiful, delivered on time and my daughter was delighted. She sent us a photo. Thank you Sally.”
