“I ordered Mother’s Day flowers My mum said they were beautiful. Today she rang me to tell me they are still as good as the first day. The buds opening up to small roses. She’s delighted. So am I thank you very much”

“Ordered flowers for my niece’s 21st Birthday and the team were able to add an extra request that was really kind of them. She loved her flowers, the photo she sent me showed a beautiful display. As they are my sister’s local florist and they do such lovely bouquets and wonderful service, always use them for any family celebrations. Thank you”

“Ordered flowers by phone for my wedding anniversary but let the choice and arrangement be chosen by Nattrass. The flowers arrived on the correct day (very important) and my wife was absolutely thrilled by the quality, the variety, the colours and the arrangement. I cannot recommend Nattrass highly enough.”

“Nattrass was recommended by my local florist as I don’t live in Darlington but my friend does. Extremely helpful on the phone. My friend was delighted with plant delivered and quality. Would definitely recommend.”

“A perfect service, slightly cheaper than all the nationals but so much better you can see the skill involved and local too. Seasonal bouquet was very pretty my wife loved them and a cheerful on time delivery, we have had flowers from all of the usual suspects but we are very very pleased with this service and will be using them again.”

“We ordered a sheaf for a funeral. I asked for all the flowers to be the same colour but left colour upto florist. The flowers were a beautiful yellow and the sheaf was larger than I expected. The service over the phone was excellent, the choice of flowers was beautiful and the value for money was good. I will definitely use this florist again. Thank you”

“On ordering the 4ft spray for my father’s funeral I asked for rosemary to be included for remembrance. I had stressed this was really important and didn’t mind if they bought some from the supermarket. I was assured there would be no problem at all in getting the rosemary. We brought the spray home afterwards. On looking at the spray later I realised there was non in there. On calling today I have been advised the supplier had let them down, they did not give a reason for not buying some quickly from the shops. They had not called that morning feeling it would upset us further and apologised. We would have gone out and bought some. If I had not noticed I feel no one would have called. I am so upset, I feel I haven’t sent him to rest properly. Will not use again.”
