“I just wanted to say a massive heartfelt thank you for the amazing flowers we ordered for my father's funeral on Monday. The slightly bespoke orange and purple exotic sprays (two) were absolutely stunning and dad would have loved them. It was a nod their late Sixties orange and purple home decor, plus architectural/designer themed too. So thank you - they were just perfect!!!”

“Excellent customer service, they made sure that my flowers were delivered even though initially they had to be left with a neighbour, they contacted me and went back to the neighbour to ensure they were delivered. Would recommend for sure.”

“Beautiful flowers for my mums funeral. Even better than we expected. Once it was over I made 9 bouquets and gave them out to friends and family in remembrance. They were too beautiful for me to keep to myself and needed sharing. Thank you Sally and team x”

“I am so pleased with the funeral posey that I ordered from Flowers by Nattrass. I worked with Sally via emails and long distance phone calls from my home in Colorado, USA. Sally captured my requests beautifully. The price, including delivery, was an excellent value. I appreciated the email I received with the delivery confirmation. Our friends sent us a photo of the posey at the gravesite - they were touched and pleased by the beautiful flower arrangement. Do not hesitate to work with Flowers by Nattrass. “Flowers by Nattrass provided flowers for my wedding last week and they were so beautiful and are still going strong 5 days later! I had bouquets, wrist bands, corsages, an arch decoration and other decorations around the venue. Service was really professional and Sally is such a lovely person and really accommodating and friendly. Everything was delivered in plenty of time and finished to a very high standard. Unfortunately, I haven't got the professional pictures to share yet but they were beautiful, Sally was great at working with me on colours and types of flowers to include as I didn't really know what I wanted and she got it spot on, they were marvellous and everyone kept commenting on them! Thank you so much, you made my special day so much better and more beautiful.”

“Just a note to say a big thank you, Sally, for the beautiful flowers you produced for our wedding at Redworth Hall recently. It was a pleasure to meet you and discuss the floral arrangements I wanted for the wedding, as well as those you provided for the Great Hall. You understood the type of bouquets and flowers I was keen to have, and you created them perfectly. Thank you too for adding the charms to my bouquet and John’s buttonhole – he was thrilled when he saw the silver guitar. And thank you too for the beautiful tied stems that you added to my cat vases …… so much better than I could ever have done (or had time to do!). I took the large floral arrangements to the care home where my 94-year old Mum lives, with dementia, so that she could see and smell the beautiful flowers and the other residents and hard working staff could benefit from their beauty.
