“I ordered park tickets and was worrying about their delivery. I spoke to Penny on the phone, who advised she would find out what was happening and ring me back, which she duly did an hour later. Penny found out the planned delivery for my tickets, offering me two different options. She even spoke to another person whilst I was on the phone so the information I was given was completely up-to-date. I cannot thank Penny enough for her help, coming back to me when promised and sorting things for me. Full credit to Penny, I am truly grateful.”

“We have just returned from an amazing 2 week stay in Florida. Before we left I had booked all our park tickets for Disney and Universal through attractionworld the week before we were due to leave Glasgow for Florida . I printed off all the park tickets and on checking them, I noticed I had booked universal California rather than Orlando. I was in a panic. I emailed attractionworld straight away and got a reply from Matthew, who was absolutely amazing. He managed to get me a refund for my tickets at California and organise new tickets for Orlando all before we left. The service I received was great Matthew couldn’t have been more helpful and helped put my mind at ease. Amazing customer service. Andrea Mckechnie”

“Penny Higgs was so helpful, prompt in responding and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We managed to carry over our deposit made for our doomed 2020 trip, so it was great to be able to use that against our trip this year. Thanks for all your help Penny! :-)”

“Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of my Disney tickets and indeed her advice given to me about all aspects of my family's holiday was brilliant. She is very passionate about her job and I found her manner on the phone a breath of fresh air. She calmly solved the problem I was having with linking tickets and then proceeded to help me through the booking process. I called in an extremely frustrated and stressed manner and after speaking with Jenny I felt a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders and I can now look forward to our holiday. Jenny is without doubt a great asset to your company.”

“A fantastic company who go out of their way to help in any situation. Arriving in Orlando we realised we had lost our park tickets and thought we would have to buy inferior ones at Universal. I had taken photos of the tickets when we received them in February. I got on to Florida Tix, explained the situation and received a reply telling us to go to Universal guest services with the photos and we were reissued new tickets. This company saved our holiday and I cant thank them enough.”

“I’ve dealt with this company for a number of years and honestly you cannot fault them. They are not just a faceless company but nice people who respond positively emails and phone calls. I emailed them to change dates for all of my parties tickets by a few months, expecting to lose deposits etc even though some of them are discovery cove but the lovely assistant Jennie sorted it all for me, giving me alternative dates to suit and changing them all over without fuss. I wouldn’t consider buying my tickets from anywhere else. A few years ago I forgot to pay my balance 5 weeks before and they gave me a friendly reminder by phone call. Highly recommend Floridatix!”
