“We booked all of our tickets through Florida tix and everything went smoothly. Will definitely book via Floridatix again plus you can budget by paying a deposit and get the best prices too. Spooky not so scary Halloween event great, Kennedy space centre plus the Disney parks. Got the free memory maker which was a load of extra fun and we got little videos added to some of the rides which were fab.”

“THE SERVICE PROVIDE WAS SECOND TO NONE. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT BLIZZARD BEACH IS OUR FAVOURITE WATER PARK AND WE WAS NOT TOLD THAT IT WAS CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENT. THIS DID SPOIL OUR HOLIDAY AS IT WAS OUR 16TH TIME WE HAVE VISITED FLORIDA SINCE 1992 AND TRADITIONALLY WE ALWAYS START OUR FIRST DAY AT THIS PARK. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF WE HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THIS CLOSURE! WE ALSO EXPERIENCED A NUMBER OF RIDE CLOSURES IN WALD DISNEY WORLD AND THERE WAS A GREAT DEAL OF REFURBISHMENT ON-GOING IN EPCOT AND MAGIC KINGDOM WHICH AGAIN WAS DISAPPOINTING!”

“I had a pleasant experience when purchasing Disney tickets I used the deposit and pay later option which was great for securing the best price. I would definitely use this service again the tickets came and had clear instructions for using the tickets with the disney app.”

“I have been purchasing my Florida park tickets from Floridatix for years. Amazing customer service, quick delivery & best price! Would really recommend to anyone looking to purchase tickets for the theme parks, especially because you are able to do the deposit scheme which is amazing and it means you are not worrying about having to pay the cost all upfront! “purchased tickets now on a few occasions for both Universal / IOA and Disney with these guys, service is always great and we had an issue this year as I ordered only part what I needed rang them and they sorted straight away for the same price I would of paid for combined tickets which they didn't have to do but did. costs are always the best you will get and never had an issue and would recommend to anyone travelling to the USA to use these for any attractions they can.”

“Enquired about next day delivery guaranteed due to a last minute holiday. Guaranteed by 9am if I paid £20. Agreed, ordered, paid almost £2400 for Orlando tickets. Told I'd get ticket and tracking information numbers once scanned and posted. Several emails and telephone conversations later in day I expressed my concerns about the lack of ticket numbers and tracking details. Assured no problems!! Be there by 9am next morning!!! Next morning, NO TICKETS! Royal mail tracking shows item expected from sender. As I had suspected on day of ordering, hence my follow up communications. NOT HAPPY! Rang, complained, got a call from manager stating my tickets had been sent and apparently lost with 11 other orders! I ended up with ticket numbers,. Two 2 hour queues in Orlando parks with a lot of hassle to try and get tickets as reference numbers at Disney did not exist. A complete disgrace! Upon my return I investigated with Royal mail. The package postal label wasn't even generated until after the collection driver had been and gone. Therefore impossible for next day delivery. I did receive delivery attempt made in my first day in Florida! Very useful. HAVING PREVIOUSLY USED ATTRACTION TICKETS DIRECT FOR 11 PREVIOUS TRIPS WITHOUT ISSUES, I CERTAINLY KNOW WHO I WOULD RECOMMEND!! AT LEAST BE HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS. WE ARE NOT FOOLS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I OR ANYONE ELSE I KNOW OF USE Floridatix EVER!!”

“I organised a once in a lifetime holiday with 10 family members. After reading reviews and checking prices I decided to book with Florida Tix. We purchased 14 day Disney tickets for the price of 7 and then decided to treat ourselves to tickets to Mickeys not so scary Halloween, which was fab. Great company and much cheaper than paying at the gate.”
