“We brought our tickets with Floridatix back in June we tool out the cancellation cover, then when the black Friday deals came out the price has reduced, so I rang Floridatix explained that I had the cover and within seconds my order was amended and I had saved hundreds of pounds.”

“My call was answered quickly and I spoke with Jenny who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jenny very quickly understood my needs and although Floridatix weren't the cheapest, just knowing that they are experts in the field and come so highly recommended made my decision easier. I have seen many posts where they have been contacted out of hours due to time difference in Florida and have still answered and resolved any issues. Peace of mind can not be priced, especially when spending on 8 Park tickets for both Disney and Universal. If Covid has left us with anything its that nothing is certain so customer service is everything and Floridatix provide it in buckets.”

“Vary easy to use. Been using flordatix for years naver had a problem. And using to £20 deposit is helpful you can pay it a bit at a time so don't have to pay all at once long it's paid before dew date.”

“Fabulous service. The staff bent over backwards to help over what was a really tricky time. Our trip to Disneyland Paris was originally booked as a treat for my then ten year old son in 2020 before his baby sister was due to arrive a couple of months later, as well as to celebrate his finishing primary school. Covid hit and we were uncertain when we would be able to reschedule. The staff were reassuring and always kept us in the loop about any changes to restrictions etc. We were finally able to reschedule for Easter 2022 with my son’ now 13 and his now 2 year old sister in tow! The staff were really helpful and it was all rebooked easily. The date of our departure was getting close and the passport office lost our passport applications! We needed to reschedule again and have finally had our trip! It was fantastic. There was a last minute drama when I noticed on the day of our departure that there was an error with my son’s age on the ticket… obviously he was ten when I originally booked and he is now 13!! The offices were shut because it was on a Sunday, so I emailed, praying someone would get back to me on Monday morning. They replied and sorted it out that same day ( Sunday) despite the offices being closed! I can’t fault the service we received and would definitely use Attractiontix again. Thank you for helping us make the most wonderful memories together.”

“Pre-ordered Mickey's not so scary Halloween party tickets and had them linked to our MY Disney Experience app which meant we could go straight in the parks without having to pick them up on the night. Great, quick service”
