“A great experience so far. Being able to book so far in advance, with a low deposit, makes it much easier when trying to book on a budget! When we wanted to make an amendment to our booking, I emailed FloridaTix on a Saturday, not expecting a response until the following Monday as per their opening hours but they got back to us the same day! Impressed with their level of flexibility and willingness to help.”

“Ive been using FloridaTix for a few years now to purchase my Orlando attraction tickets. Great service and lots of option far better than getting tickets at the parks. Also have purchased i-ride passes in the past saves time not worrying about having dollars”

“Unfortunately I purchased some special event Disney tickets and paid the balance, FloridaTix took the money but then a couple of days said they could no longer source the tickets as the event had sold out. They refunded the money a few days later but overall was disappointing and potentially made us lose out on getting tickets elsewhere with a provider that had them in stock. Communication about this was good but disappointing that they sell tickets and take money for tickets they don’t actually have reserved already.”
