“I was doubtful that Floorseal Patio Spring Clean would clean my porcelain patio tiles of the deep seated soil and leaf grime. Whatever I had tried previously hadn't touched it. I used the Patio Spring Clean as directed applying to the tiles and brushing it around about every 15 minutes for an hour. The result was spectacular. The porcelain tiles were completely cleaned and returned to their original state. I do a lot of DiY and this cleaner is one of the rare products that do exactly as they say they will. 100% recommnded.”

“Does the job. Very pleased. I found the easiest and least messy method of application was with a four inch emulsion brush, rather than a shorter-bristled masonry paint brush... Your website design, functionality and content is exemplary. Others could learn a lot. A pleasure to use.”

“Really excellent email advice followed by swift despatch and delivery of the Sandstone Breathe product. Followed advice and the weather was kind until curing took place. “So far so good....applied solution by spray and wiped off the ceramic tiles. Treated areas behind hob and sink unit. Would have preferred a solution which could be brush applied so l could have treated the grout areas only. Will advise in 6 months hoping no discolouration has occurred to treated grout areas.”

“Your choice of Parcelforce is rubbish, unlike other couriers who prop it against .y back door and take a photo, they are not allowed to do that. So I have to make a 14 mile round trip to sorting office.”

As Parcelforce carries liquid cleaning fluids/sealers they will not 'doorstep' the product as it is against company policy. They will normally make two attempts before taking to a PO for collection. Normally we automatically book the item back out for additional delivery attempts & ask for delivery directly to the recipient, neighbour & finally a PO. The PO should be within 3 miles of the recipients address. In this case your address was 1.5 from the PO that the item was ultimately collected from.

“Initial contact with floorseal was very positive,good knowledge of product which was clearly explained to me. A sample of the sealant was dispatched and delivered two days later. Due to inclement weather conditions the test on a tile was conducted indoors and found to be good. Order made for coverage of 50 sq M of sandstone patio which will be done in the spring once conditions permit. Good telephone conversations together with follow up email advice from service team. I will know where to come should Ineed further supplies or advice . Well done all. Thank you”

“As always excellent product been buying from floorseal for a few years now basically for general work around my home and there products never fail to do the jobs I need done Black spot for kerbs and concrete and green remover for the tar and driveway comes up like new does away with the scrubbing”

“Brilliant product. I used this on a newly exposed fireplace and wall. After cleaning the bricks were so beautiful in depth and colours that I was reluctant to use anything that might affect how they looked. This product has been amazing. It's enhanced the depth and added a light sheen to them. I didn't want them dull and they definitely are not without being too glossy either. In terms of application, I used a brush as I wanted to get into all the old pointing and all the nooks and crevices. The product is basically a liquid so it's important to treat it as such when applying it on vertical surfaces. I decanted it into a clean upside-down milk bottle with lid firmly in place so I had a handle to hold the container when up on the ladder. I barely dipped the brush into the liquid and applied it straight to the crumbly pointing where it soaked in, before brushing the bricks themselves once most of the liquid had soaked in. It worked a treat. Within an hour, it had mostly dried out and there's been no dust on the floor since then. The bricks' colour is totally unchanged, albeit slightly enhanced and all the nuances of colours are still there as before. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend this product both for looks and dustproofing.”
