“I bought Stone-Pro to clean the inside of several stone mullion windows with heavy mould present. I followed the application instructions and the mould was completely removed within hours of the application. There is very clear application advice on the container and further advice about the cause of mould on mullions, and treating it, on Floorseal's website. I was able to collect the product from the Meltham factory and while there got some great verbal advice from the owner / senior person. An excellent product and a fantastic customer service experience from Floorseal.”

“I brought the floorseal for my quarry tiles. I've used other sealers before and was disheartened by how they either effected the original colour or peeled. On buying your product I decided to give it a go and initially only tried one tile as a test. If it didn't work I honestly wouldn't of bothered using it, since the aesthetics of the colour tile needs to keep in line with the inside decor. Anyhow, I placed on 2 coats and even though their was a slight , very slight colour difference it did not take anything away from.the original look. So I am pleased to say that I will be using it on all my tiles and should have enough to do my patio too. Thanks.”

“I spoke to a very helpful lady from Sales i think her name was Lucy, she helped me with a query i had and updated me when i purchased the sealer i needed, she also kindly updated by delivery for my confusion which i do believe was my own fault, I would recommend this company because of her and how she helped me, thank you!”

“service was good.. Received the product really quickly. Intensive tile cleaner is okay but could be better as I have some very old tiles - victorian . I thought they would come up cleaner. I even used a drill with cleaning bush.”

The Intensive Tile Cleaner is a high alkaline deep cleaner, so will remove any free dirt or grime it encounters. The issue (& classic mistake) when cleaning Victorian tiles is trying to 'clean' issues which are part of the tile. We have produced a useful 'how to guide' for cleaning, sealing & renovating Victorian tiles. Victorian tiles discolour over time due to wear & the type of clay/pigments used in their construction. We do not recommend trying to use drills or any abrasive to clean Victorian tiles as you could remove/destroy anything left of the fire skin created when the tiles were fired. Unfortunately, it appears that you have been attempting to clean natural discolouration & wear issues out of the body of the tile, which is not possible to achieve. No abrasive or mechanical method of cleaning is required when using this product. We advise referring to the how to guides located on our website for further information regarding the cleaning of historic clay tiles.

“Brilliant and the the intensive tile cleaner is amazing nothing has cleaned my white non slip floor in my bathroom it was always left with a slight tingle but this did the job, they are now looking like new with minimal effort. Thank you.”

“A prompt efficient service, thanks. Just applied your Slate Sealer product to my kitchen floor after many hours spent cleaning off all the old seal layers. Easy to use, applied the two thin coats an hour apart as stated and it looks very nice with a nice sheen to it. I'm hoping the surface won't scratch up like previous sealers I have used and that it's tough and will last well. Time will tell, but so far I'm optimistic. If it's still looking good in a year I'll make it five stars!”

“Really thrilled with this floor seal product. It’s quite a price compared to regular floor cleaning products but WOW what a brilliant job it does. I plan to use it perhaps once a month for a deep clean and as you dilute the solution to 1 in 5 with water it goes a long way. Highly recommend”

“The product (Interior Brick Cleaner) arrived very promptly after placing the order. I used it yesterday to clean some decorative interior bricks. The bricks had developed a white haze over the years due to leakage through the wall from the shower on the other side (which was fixed some years ago). I used the cleaner on a portion of the affected bricks. The bricks that I have cleaned are, today, looking as good as the unaffected bricks. I am really pleased with the way they look now. I will now clean the remainder of the affected bricks. The process of cleaning was straightforward and not at all difficult. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a similar problem.”

“I purchased some Soft Wash Render Wash that certainly did the trick plus cleaning of my sandstone lintels. The instructions were simple to follow and the use of a good ‘dwell time’ is highly important and clearly explained. Top rate.”
