“Very helpfull on phone order arrived quickly however although we'll packaged one pack was damaged by courier. Contacted flooring direct straight away sent some images and within a few days a replacement arrived Great service”

“Fantastic products and excellent customer service. I have bought from this company three times and on every occasion I have received wonderful customer service. On my second order there was a problem and it was solved the same say and the lady I spoke to (it makes a change that you can phone and get problems resolved immediately but you can with this company), sorted out the problem on the call and apologised for any inconvenience it caused me. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again in the future.”

“Order arrived quickly. Used their stone cleaner to clean a 250 year old Delabole slate floor and then used their slate sealer. Lot of hard work as cleaned in by hand using wire wool and 50sqm to do but looks amazing”

“My son used this company to buy the the flooring for his kitchen diner. He recommended them to me, I placed my order on Tuesday, delivered Thursday afternoon. The flooring looks fantastic, it was at a good price, very pleased with service, definitely a 5 star company”
