The flowers I ordered based on the photograph were not the same as the flowers that were delivered. I orders white Parrot tulips and plain white and pink tulips were delivered instead. While the quality of the delivered flowers was good it was not as ordered. I was not informed in advance that any substitution would be required. When this error was pointed out a small discount was offered to me and is in the process of being done but this is not the point. I would have selected something else had I known the order would not be as pictured OR as described in my confirmation.

Thank-you for the service however I was very disappointed I had been charged a fee of 9.99 for same day delivery before 6.00pm only to receive my goods after 7.30pm I had to chase down the delivery. When the flowers arrived I then experienced being told that it was a bank holiday and I should be grateful I received my goods at all. I made sure when I made my purchase that it being a bank holiday it would not be a problem. I spent over £130, and in all honesty the flowers where not in the greatest condition. Some very worn and they do not seem they would last So all in all a very poor service,

I selected Floom for the beautiful bouquets but also for the speed of delivery. Unfortunately the delivery person attempted delivery to the wrong address and did not attempt to contact the recipient until after the time they would attempt redelivery. Because of this miss, my delivery was going to be at least FOUR days delayed (with a weekend and bank holiday apparently being unavailable for delivery). In addition, they confirmed that they would be delivering the same flowers, meaning the recipient will have four fewer days to enjoy the flowers. There was no offer to deliver on the weekend or make a new bouquet, even though the mistake is entirely on their side. I am pretty disappointed and would not use floom again.

While the purchasing and delivery went well, the actual arrangement was not at all like what I ordered (what was pictured). Had I know they were going to substitute the modern vase and use bright festive colors I would not have ordered it.

The flowers were delivered without a card (although I wrote a message on the form), and the recipient did not know who they were from.

My flowers were out for delivery for over a day and a half. They arrived in a box and did not look fresh. Would not recommend floom.

This flower arrangement is not remotely resembled to the one that was shown on the website. The flowers are partially “dried” and “dead”

Delivered a day late, ordered for a Saturday and delivered on a Sunday. Not as many blooms in the bouquet as pictured, mainly filler foliage.

First of all; My apologies for not writing this review sooner, but it’s taking me some time (i.e. a few days to gather proof). I’m disappointed with the Sansa bouquet that was delivered. It was missing a number of flowers within the bunch, i.e. Freesia, Astrantia and the Eucalyptus. Also, I paid for the Superior Sansa bouquet, but it seems it was the original, that was sent and delivered to my wife. Very disappointing.

I hate writing bad reviews but I was recently disappointed to find that floom no longer supports local florists to the extent it used to and, as a result, the flowers have far to travel. Consequently, with this order, the box arrived badly damaged, the water had spilled everywhere and the flowers were a mess :(

The majority of our florists are local, though we do have a few select florists (still located in the London area) who use a third-party courier for shipping. Spent 100 dollars on a bouquet and the one received was very subpar and only very slightly resembled the one pictured. Cheaper flowers were also used. Annoyed and missing 100 dollars now.
