“I have been using Floom for a couple years. Bearing in mind that in many cases they are relying on independent florist partners to fulfill orders, the quality and consistency of flower bouquets have been good. On the rare instance when orders have fallen below expected quality Floom as stepped up and made good on the order.”

“Unfortunately, Floom did not come through for me. Late on the day my order was to be delivered to the recipient, I received an email telling me that a local florist could not be found to carry out the order. It was too late for me to find an alternative. A refund was offered and no option for delivery on another day. It was very disappointing.”

“It was a wonderful experience! Next day delivery, great choice of flowers and the very bouquets I chose we really beautiful and impressive! I sent them from abroad on my daughter’s birthday and she said:I’m like flying in a cloud of love!!! And that was exactly what I wanted to pass her when I was sending them! So, thank you, Floom, for the flowers which really bring our feelings to our beloved ones😀”

“I placed an order in the morning to have some flowers delivered to my girlfriend at work. The flowers never arrived and I still haven’t got an update on what’s happening. Really wish i hadn’t relied on Floom to make her day! Absolute waste of time and money.”

“The flowers were overpriced and did not match the overly glamorous descriptions and pictures. The product quality fell short of expectations based on how it was advertised.”

We could see that a complaint was sent but unfortunately, it was sent on the 5th of January and the order was delivered on the 23rd of December. Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we can not process a quality complaint after 72 hours from delivery. We would love to welcome you back and make things right for you. “I asked before ordering if it can be delivered after 11 o'clock to my gf work and I was told yes. It was then delivered by a delivery company, they sent a text to her and delivered it early when she wasn't at work, and to the wrong place completely. Floom does not have a personal touch delivery but it's delivered/dumlped by DPD. The flowers were nice I am told but did not look worth the money I paid, especially when the delivery went wrong in every possible way”
