I had asked that the deliverer ring the doorbell when arriving with the flowers. The recipient was home when the flowers were delivered and no bell was rung, so they would have been left outside had I not seen the email noting the delivery. Flowers themselves are beautiful, though.

The flowers that were sent to my friend were beautiful, but not the ones I ordered. Floor customer service quickly gave me a credit, but it wasn't a great experience, as they were red and purple vs. the yellow and white that I ordered.

I chose Floom because they promised next day delivery. The flowers eventually arrived 48 hours after they were due. Although the delivery fee was refunded, the flowers were still 2 days late. The blooms were lovely when they finally arrived.

Looking at the trajectory of your order, we could see that the order was delayed by two days indeed, and you were informed on time about this and agreed to a delay of delivery. You have also been given the option to cancel the order and be provided with a full refund on the order. As the order was delayed, we have issued the delivery fee refund. We did our best to keep you updated and chased the order to get delivered on the new delivery date. As our partner florists are working with perishable goods, delays sometimes might occur due to this or any unforeseen circumstances. i heard the wreath was beautiful. but nobody called my daughter to tell her when it wud be delivered to her mother in law ( who is handicapped) which i REQUESTED so she cud be aware of delivery time

Your Floom order was sent via a courier service-they do not offer a telephone call prior to delivery in the UK- this is not a service any third party courier provides nor any partner florist prior to a delivery being made- all requests for delivery instructions are taken into account where possible but are as a request. We do state at the time of placing orders we have a delivery window of between 10am - 6pm, therefore a delivery specific time cannot be given or requested.
 We do hope your recipient loves their thoughtful gift & we thank you for choosing Floom!

The bouquet my friend received was not like the image, and I paid for same-day delivery and did not receive it.

We would have loved to make this right for you, if given the chance, as we have not received any communication from you regarding the quality of the arrangement. Unfortunately as your order was placed after our florist partners cut-off time - we were unable to complete this for you on the same day- this was immediately raised by our florist and communicated to you.

Website too busy and too slow moving. Really bad feature was being charged a "service fee" at the end. It was not included in the pricing before that and there was no indication of it coming. Very Ryanairish. Delivery fee can be expected. But not service fee. Naughty.

We do not offer a real time update system and our florists work hard each day to create beautiful arrangements to send out on the day as per the orders received. We are sorry for any delay experienced in providing an order status update on this occasion, our florist partner made the delivery before the 6pm delivery window ended.

The flowers were beautiful; the communication and therefore customer service were poor. The website was not accurately updated with delivery info and the customer service agents were completely helpless and without any tools or information to help.

They do operate independently and often have a busy schedule, it is therefore not always possible to give real time updates at each moment but we do strive for an accurate status. I ordered sameday delivery for an anniversary gift that was to be delivered last Thursday. By Friday I hadn't heard anything from the recipient which surprised me so I looked at the order status online and was shocked to see that it was still "with the florist". After trying to use the chat feature to locate the order I called and finally got through. The woman who assisted was also surprised and talked to the florist to find out what was going on. In the end, it was delivered 24 hours late, which missed the mark. No one offered any kind of compensation or refund, etc. Given the experience, I would NOT use Floom in the future because I have no confidence that a second chance would meet my expectations.

Our florist partner received the order you placed after their cut-off time for Same Day Deliveries to be made. Unfortunately, we were not able to notify you sooner of the delay but upon contacting the florist they did let us know they were able to deliver the following day. My apologies for the late compensation of the delivery fee, this has now been actioned for you. We thank you for your feedback and hope you will consider Floom in the near future!

Image of flowers ordered do not match arrangement received. Similar, but pretty obvious that flowers used in arrangement do not match the flowers I ordered.

The item I ordered was not in stock so they suggested 2 alternatives, and ultimately sent the item that I did NOT select. They did not communicate anything about the change. A plant was delivered, but can’t say I’m crazy about the service since you may not actually be able to order what’s advertised on the site, and don’t think I’d use it again.

I am sorry the plant you ordered was out of stock on the day, I can see you were emailed by our support team and offered a choice of two other plants and accepted a snake plant which the florist delivered so I am sorry you felt the changes were not communicated effectively.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the flowers - the bouquet felt a little stringy and not as lush as it looked in the photograph. I know sometimes different flowers have to be used because of the season etc - but this felt a lot less good quality than I expected from the picture.

Usually excellent, the one of the last deliveries was not to the level I expected. The bouquet was gorgeous but they withered in 4 days (while usually it takes a couple of weeks)

This was my first time buying from Floom, although my brother had used them frequently. The website kept crashing on my phone and my friends' phones I ordered a bouquet and had questions about its size, so I contacted customer service. While they responded quickly, their response led me to believe the bouquet's size I ordered was accurate, but it turned out to be much smaller. The customer service representatives were not particularly welcoming, which was odd. The most frustrating part was the delivery estimate from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it arrived at 5:59 - like the kid in high school who rushes to deliver their subpar paper 1 minute before assignment deadline. Meanwhile, my girlfriend received five other flower deliveries from different places, all before noon.

Seemed fine at first. But then they set me a receipt that added $5 to the delivery cost. I then spent the next 20 minutes figuring out the issue (you didn't actually overcharge me, you're just sending out inaccurate receipts).
