Flowers delivered are of a high quality, delivered bit later in the day (mid day) would of preferred early morning as valentine's day but understand was busy day, Asked to be left in safe place (out of sight) but was left on front door in full veiw luckily still there I arrived home from work

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend, i clearly instructed where to leave them, after days of looking for them and taking ti floom they send a picture of where they left it, it was on the other side of the building, when we got the picture of the flowers (5 days after the delivery date) obviously the flowers werent there anymore

The flowers were beautiful—better than I expected—the delivery was on time, and that the note I wrote to the recipient was hand written was a very nice touch. I will definitely be using them again!!

I give 2 stars and not 1 because the roses were nice. But the presentation, packaging, paper was not good and was not the same quality, colour, etc and you could tell everything was set up to fast and carelessly. Also they didn't want to change the delivery address even though the flowers were not even prepared. For the price it is a bit of a joke.

Terrible service and ruined valentines day. I purchased flowers from this website and paid extra for same-day delivery which was promised if I placed my order before 1pm. I ordered before 9am. The order was not delivered at all - they cancelled and said they were too busy. Issue is, they only cancelled the order the day after Valentines so I wasn't even able to make alternative arrangements and purchase from another store because they kepy saying it would be delivered. Horrific service and experience. Stay away.
