“i am not happy with the service i received from Flocon, i ordered some pipe saddle clamps which stated they were 2 1/2 inch in size when they arived they actually measure 3 inch??? when i questioned this they told me that the 2 1/2 inch was actually for 3 inch???????????????? very poor website information and not good customer service will not be using again”

“Really solid fittings, exactly as I expected, good delivery on time as promised. On delivery there was also an immediate willingness to help rectify a mistake I recognised I had made when I ordered the wrong sized fitting. A replacement was swiftly delivered FOC which was a really nice gesture for a first time customer. I will do business again with the company if needed due to this customer service”

“Purchased basic pressure guage, Details on website were contradictory. However short phone call with helpful chap sorted it out (website error hence only 4 stars). Guage arrived in a couple of days, all OK. Only negative was the delivery charge (Fedex) seemed rather high to me. I would be happy to use Flocon again.”

“Very strong handrails. These handrails look good and provide a secure and firm hand hold. However, the product that was delivered was not as illustrated on the website which meant they didn't fit exactly as I expected. Despite this discrepancy the product works well and I was able to adapt to fit. There weren't any fitting instructions and a string of emails before purchase didn't really answer my very precise questions about fitting. The price on the website next to a photo of two handrails was in fact for one handrail and the additional VAT and delivery increased the cost by over £100. Delivery was within a few days but a promised delivery notification didn't materialise. I was pleased with the result but frustrated in the process.”
