From ordering to receiving my product the experience was very easy and was kept up to date about dispatch and delivery times. “We had an internal high level hot water pipe leaking. Needed a 4" pipe clamp in quick time . Product was delivered within 48 hrs. Really quick service. Clamp did the job.”

“My requirement was a bit unusual as I wanted the clamps to fit a new old stock motorcycle rack to my bike. It was hard to find the right thing. The only alternatives were in China and frankly cost just as much and probably would have taken weeks to get here. The quality of the Flocon items is very high and I'm sure they'll do the job for me and will probably last the lifetime of the bike. I have only one criticism in that the minimum postage was high for just a few clamps.”

“I ordered a part to go direct to site, the part stated it was in stock and would be delivered within 1-3 days. it didnt arrive 6 days later and when i called and expressed my frustration at the item not arriving when i had a service engineer on site the customer service girl laughed at me, although this has cost my compnay hundred of pounds. customer service is in the toilet. I will never use these people again.”
