For new customers, we send a 'Welcome to Flexed' email which contains potential costs (e.g. joining fee, delivery and collection costs) of leasing with us. Furthermore, we would not proceed with the application once the quotation has been accepted by both parties. “Excellent, friendly service from start to finish from Holly, Jessica and the Flexed delivery driver. I had to wait for the particular model I wanted but a delivery date was provided upon ordering and that's the day it arrived!”

“Very clear and competent service delivered throughout, Jordan Edwards and Nicola Poole were both very friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. I did a lot of research into how to get a car short term, including regular rental services and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flexed to anyone looking for a short term solution, I have complete peace of mind which I didn't feel I had from long term car rental providers. All I needed was a small car to tide me over until my lease car arrives. This was no problem for them to provide and they also sorted out the insurance at the same time.
