At Flexed, we offer a smarter alternative to your average car lease contract. Whereby our minimum lease period is 28 days! From then you have the power to return or swap your vehicle at any point without incurring any charges.

Simply log onto our website, choose from our incredible selection of cars ranging from economical city cars, family sized hatchbacks, large luxurious SUVs or even fire-breathing sports cars. There is enough choice to suit any type of driver for any type of occasion.

Once you’ve chosen your vehicle, speak to a member of our team who will then guide you through each step of our quick application process.

After all the initial checks are made, your online agreement will be ready to sign. Once that’s been done, you can be driving away in your new car less than 48 hours after your first contact!

Needed a short term lease car as delivery of my new vehicle had been delayed. Flexed came to the rescue with a wide range of available vehicles and the benefit of a minimum 28 day lease and then a rolling contract. Delivered to my door for a reasonable charge, the whole process was seamless

Did not receive the carcl ordered. The temporary car is not great to drive and aesthetically not great to look at. The temporary car delivered was not really properly vacuumed as there was packet of cigarette on the back seat floor which l gave to the delivery driver who handed the vehicle over to me. So far not too happy with the experience.

Due to recent events affecting the supply chain, our stock is leaner than usual which is why we had to organise a temporary vehicle to meet your requirements. However, as soon as your preferred option arrives in stock, you will be offered a date to exchange your vehicles. With relation to the cleanliness of the vehicle, this should have been stated on the delivery note. Nicola and Jordane have been great. They made the whole process easy and didn’t mind taking the time out to step my through anything I wasn’t sure of. They get a 10/10. The only questionable snag for me was a sizeable cost for “opening an account.” It’s a big upfront cost without having a contract in place.

We try and operate differently to most in the market and rather than charging 3, 6 or 9 monthly payments upfront we only charge the standard joining fee of £175.00+VAT. Once the joining fee has been paid, you get access to our full catalogue of vehicles and are able to swap freely between different models with just an email! Additionally, our insurance or delivery and collection services are optional should you wish to stick within a certain budget. I initially had a positive experience of flexed. Car was delivered and concept is great. Issues arose down the line. Emailed to arrange for return, no response. Called to arrange for return, no response. Called multiple times and was promised a call back-which didn't happen. Eventually got a return date for the vehicle, which was missed. Finally, the vehicle was returned. However I was then advised I should pay a significant sum for some very minor and small scratches /scuff of 1 tyre. The amounts are inordinate and completely disproportionate. Read their policy on wear and tear then do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Further, they operate under a different company named Auto horn. I know this because Auto horn made an unauthorised charge on my credit card! You do not need to be a lawyer to peruse the relevant legislation and work out this activity is illegal. So in summary a not very good company with murky corporate governance and dodgy business practices. I wish we had never used them and am not someone who hardly ever gives feedback however in this instance would encourage others to do their homework and avoid them.

I've had a look at the issues raised and can see that collection was missed from a 3rd party supplier, which unfortunately is out of our control. However, I can see that our Fleet Manager has ensured that you will not be charged for the extra rental days and this has been reflected within your final statement. It isn't our standard practice to not respond to any queries, please could you tell me which email/phone you used so that I may investigate this further? To ensure we give a fair assessment to each leased vehicle being returned to us, we adhere to our governing body's (British Vehicle Leasing and Rental Association 'BVRLA') guidelines. A copy of which can be found here https://flexed.co.uk/members/ alongside our standard pricing matrix. Should you think this is an unfair assessment, we encourage you to speak with the BVRLA or ourselves directly and hopefully we could come to some form of resolution for you. Finally, trading names is a common business practice and Flexed is a trading/business name of Autohorn Fleet Services. Your signed lease agreement, terms and conditions and all emails between ourselves state this. I was very well supported throughout by Tom especially and Nicola and Chris at the end stage. All was explained and very happy with this Toyota Aygos in every way apart from it having a really small interior 😊. Cheers all.

Generally happy with respects to having my expectation met. Was disappointed by the compounding charges for reservation, cost of utility and delivery & collection; greater transparency would have been welcomed upfront; little empathy from sales team when questioned.

For new customers, we send a 'Welcome to Flexed' email which contains potential costs (e.g. joining fee, delivery and collection costs) of leasing with us. Furthermore, we would not proceed with the application once the quotation has been accepted by both parties. Excellent, friendly service from start to finish from Holly, Jessica and the Flexed delivery driver. I had to wait for the particular model I wanted but a delivery date was provided upon ordering and that's the day it arrived!
