A colleague recommend Flexed to me as a returning home expat worker, i had not resided in the U K for 25+yrs. Flexed have been amazing, extremely easy to deal with , so friendly, unbelievably helpful with issues you feel cannot be resolved and car will be delivered tomorrow which is 3 days start to finish, and most of that time was on my side. I cannot recommend the team highly enough, it really has been like dealing with people that have known me for years. 5* A+ Service start to finish !!

Had a car from Flexed for just over 3 months while on assignment in UK from NZ.
Great customer service. Real people to talk to who knew their stuff and were always friendly - not some hopeless call centre. Tim Holland was great to deal with. Good cars. Reasonable pricing. Everything worked as planned. Would definitely use again if needed.

Sarah and the team at Flexed made finding a new car very straightforward. Great options were offered and we had help choosing the best car for us fast which was really appreciated. Fantastic customer service from my initial enquiry last Sunday when they were really closed, I then got a return call on Monday morning and we had the car delivered by Thursday. From now on we want go anywhere else

Excellent customer service very smooth from the beginning to receiving the car. The car was delivered by a very friendly gentleman I offered to take him to the bus for his onward journey, as our bus service is very limited. He showed me the car and how it all worked.
