overall the service is good however we can do with less repetitive tasks (such as asking for my details to be reconfirmed when i am a returning customer). the car delivered was dirty and had more scratches (that were also noted by the delivery driver). somewhat surprised for such a new car although it was delivered to me with 1500 miles already logged in

The service was really smooth from initial enquiry to the delivery of the car. After looking into standard car hire, I was shocked at how expensive the quotes were. Flexed were by far the cheaper option for a great nearly new car. Really recommend this company!!
