Flexed have been amazing so far through the process, from chatting through the steps to getting everything organized and been so understanding. Each member of staff at each stage really couldn’t be anymore helpful and friendly, from booking the car to the delivery. So nice to come across a company with such good customer care. Would highly recommend.

overall the service is good however we can do with less repetitive tasks (such as asking for my details to be reconfirmed when i am a returning customer). the car delivered was dirty and had more scratches (that were also noted by the delivery driver). somewhat surprised for such a new car although it was delivered to me with 1500 miles already logged in
