“Cancelled my card without notifying me and told me they would send me some new ones out. Reason for cancellation was cards were going to expire. when I spoke to customer services, they told me they would call me back but no one is called. If you want to deal with this company, get it all in writing by email and all the terms and conditions, they change their mind as and when they feel like.”

“Having had BP fuel cards for the past 16 years i was contacted and took the plunge, not only saving money on fuel i purchased 1,000 litres of ad-blue at an amazing price. I would also like to mention my Fleetmax Account Manager Rachel Pearson simply an angel in disguise, always there for any assistance and in regular contact. All in all a great decision to change.”
