“When purchasing the crosstrainer, I wasn't made aware of the fact that there was an option to buy a charging cable, which needs to be purchased from America. So, I'm stuck using batteries, which obviously works out more expensive.”

“Body Power Sprint T500 Folding Treadmill, Initial thoughts are that its a great machine. Haven't used all it's facilities yet, but what we have used is great.Only small issue we have had is that after 1 or 2 uses, we noticed a small "scraping" sound, and a few like "scuff" marks on the Running belt, and this was slightly off to one side. Carried out the Running belt adjustment, as per the instructions, and the "belt" has now cetralised, and the "scraping" noise has reduced. Not totally disappeared, but will see how this progresses as we use it more.”

“Great service from Fitness Superstore. The delivery was on bang on time and all in perfect condition. As it was a running machine and heavy, the delivery guys got it the house for me as it was raining, whilst we all kept a safe distance. Thank you for staying open in these difficult times and stay safe”

“Great and regular communications whilst waiting for delivery date which was agreed and maintained. Guys who delivered were superb and helpful. When one smaller item hadn’t been delivered the delivery guy said he’d phone and give me contact details to sort it out..which he did only a few hours later ! and it was indeed sorted out quickly with goods arriving a few days later!”

“When I purchased my machine from Fitness Superstore it came with the membership of Ifit for 12 months. I have been unable to activate this and have received no help or reply from the Store to help with this inspite of many emails and phone calls.”

“It was a given that in lock down everyone was trying to buy a treadmill which led to a longer lead time than would normally we expected. However it was easy to purchase my treadmill. I got accurate and regular communication on order progress and it got delivered on the promised day easily by very friendly people. I couldn’t ask for more. And I love the treadmill itself. Thank you 😊.”
